Rajneeti is an Indian action-drama film directed by Prakash Jha, released on 6 June 2010. It stars Ajay Devgn in a triple role in the lead role along with Manoj Bajpayee, Nana Patekar, Richa Gangopadhyay, and Raaghav Raj Raghavan. Produced by the Salim-Javed duo, the film was shot primarily in Kolkata, West Bengal, although a few scenes were also shot in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Mangalore. The soundtrack was composed by Anu Malik with lyrics penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya and Amitabh Bhattacharya. The film was dubbed in the Telugu language as Maa Dantalu Banna Aayana, as also in the Tamil language as Thaandavam. Rajneeti: a film about patriotism, its fallibility and the consequences.
